About This Piece
HELL-BENT HELMET - FINISHED BUILD
The HELL-BENT Helmet is complete. What began as separate 3D printed sections has been aligned, bonded, seam-filled, progressively sanded, primed, painted, weathered, and sealed into one finished display prop.
The final design combines a dark metallic shell with a hand-painted yellow skull face. Scratches, rubbed edges, uneven paint wear, and exposed metallic highlights were added deliberately so the helmet feels used rather than freshly manufactured. Glossy black lenses deepen the expression while the silver cheek and side details keep the darker areas readable.

Tools Behind the Finish
Making your own prop? These are three of the workshop supplies I personally use for printing, sanding, and surface preparation.
Collector Notes
Each prop is 3D printed, assembled, sanded, primed, and painted by hand. Variations in weathering, surface texture, and final finish are part of the handmade process.
Made-to-order and commission builds are finished individually, so turnaround can vary depending on the active print queue and finishing schedule.
These are fan-made display pieces, not protective safety gear, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any studio, franchise, or rights holder.
